Maulana Tariq Jamil is a well-known Deobandi scholar and one of Pakistan’s most popular preachers. Tariq Jameel (born January 1, 1953), also known as Maulana Tariq Jameel, is a Pakistani religious and Islamic scholar, preacher, and public speaker from Tulamba, Punjab, near Mian Channu. He is a scholar and member of the Tablighi Jamaat, manages a Madrasa in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
Tariq Jameel attended Central Model School in Lahore for his elementary education and Jamia Arabia in Raiwind for his Islamic education, where he studied the Holy Quran, hadiths, Sufism, logic, and Fiqh.
Maulana went to school and acquired a Higher Secondary School degree in the field of pre-medicine. In Lahore, he studied at the Government College University. Maulana has afterward acquired admission to the King Edward Medical College in Lahore. Maulana Tariq Jameel wanted to be a doctor, he was shot through spiritual enlightenment. Following that, he turned his interest towards spiritual teachings and was strongly drawn to them. He changed his major from medicine to Islamic studies.
However, his attention shifted to Islamic Education after being influenced by members of the Tablighi Jamaat. He received his Islamic education in Jamia Arabia, where he studied the Holy Quran, Hadith, Sufism, logic, and Islamic law. Maulana Tariq’s scientific expertise enables him to explain Islamic issues in a way that is understandable to urbanized Muslims. His humble lifestyle, as well as his brilliance in Urdu and proficiency in Arabic, catapulted his renown throughout the Muslim world.

It’s a project that raises funding for social work, health care, and education for Pakistani citizens.
